My New(est) Begining
So tomorrow I start anew with losing weight. Going to do what I always do when trying to jump start weight loss and thats the 4 Day Wonder Diet. I've done it a handle full of times always saying after the four days I will stick with low carb. I'm hoping to lose 7-9 lbs in the four days like usual as that always gets me going! It's so hard staying on track these days when my friends are always wanting to go out or work buddies want to grab a bite to eat after a long days work. Going to take some measurements tonight and weigh myself in the morning and go from there! One day at a time!
